Privacy policy

This policy explains what AI Result Studio (“we”) collects when you use this website, the live copilot demo and the waitlist, and how that information is used.

Waitlist

When you join the waitlist we store your work email, role, team size, the integrations you select, the optional note you write, and the time you signed up. We use this only to contact you about early access and to understand what to build. We do not sell it or share it for marketing. It is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database.

Copilot conversations

Messages you send to the copilot are forwarded to a private AI model service hosted on AWS to generate an answer. We do not save the content of your conversations, and the AI service does not use prompts or answers to train models. Your chat history (up to 30 conversations) is saved only in your own browser’s local storage on this device so you can return to it. It is never sent to or stored on our servers, and you can rename or delete any chat, or clear all of them, from the history panel. Clearing your browser’s site data also removes it.

Do not paste secrets, credentials, customer data or personal data into the copilot. Messages that look like credentials are rejected.

Attached log and error files

Files you attach are read in your browser and are never uploaded as files. Vigil removes secrets it can detect (such as keys, tokens and passwords), keeps the relevant lines, and sends only that excerpt with the one message it is attached to, so the model can answer. We do not store attached files or excerpts, and they are not saved in your chat history.

Shared chats

If you choose to share a chat, we store a copy of that conversation (without any attached files, with detectable secrets redacted) in a Cloudflare D1 database so your teammates can open the link. Anyone with the link can read it. Shared chats expire automatically after 30 days, and you can stop sharing at any time from the share dialog, which deletes the copy. Shared pages are hidden from search engines.

Abuse prevention

To limit abuse and cost, we keep short-lived rate-limit counters keyed by a salted one-way hash of your IP address. We never store the IP address itself, and old counters are deleted automatically.

Hosting, cookies and analytics

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the service. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your theme preference is saved in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us.

Retention and your rights

We keep waitlist details until early access launches or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. You can ask to access, correct or delete your details at any time.

Contact

For privacy requests, submit the waitlist form again with the same email and describe your request in the note field, and we will act on it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
